Outline of Play

A classic 40’s farce, full of comic situations, headlong humour, mistaken identities, where the possible goings-on of the vicar’s actress wife are of far more interest to the locals than any German invasion.

The action of the play takes place in the Hall at the Vicarage, Merton cum Middlewick.
