Outline of Play
The action takes place in the lounge of Monica Bare’s home in about 1958.
What won’t Edward (Teddy) Bare do for money ?
Who can be allowed to stand in his way ? His first wife, Monica ? or his second, Freda ? or the mysterious newcomer who knows more than Edward thinks.
All is revealed in this late 1950’s thriller, filmed as “Cast a Dark Shadow” starring Dirk Bogarde.
